SHIMANO has redesigned the SLX M7100 freewheel hub for the new 12-speed cassettes using the new MICRO SPLINE technology. The rear wheel hubs (FH-M7110/7110-B/7130-B) are available in 142 mm, 148 mm (Boost) and 157 mm installation width with 12 mm thru axles, the corresponding front wheel hubs (HB-M7110/-B) in 100 or 110 mm installation width with 15 mm thru axles. 

After setting the benchmark in mountain bike components with SHIMANO XTR M9100 and new DEORE XT M8100, Shimano rounds out its now entirely 12-speed performance mountain bike component lines with new SLX M7100. SLX M7100 cascades technology from new XTR M9100 and DEORE XT M8100 – namely Shimano’s signature premium shifting and braking performance – while maintaining the SLX hallmark of value and durability.
