The ALIVIO FD-M3120 2 x 9-speed front derailleur from Shimano is available as Direct-Mount (FD-M3120-D), E-Type (FD-M3120-E) version and for the middle clamp position (FD-M3120-M). Shift performance is improved by side swing technology, which provides 15 mm more space between seat tube and tyre.

The SHIMANO ALIVIO M3100 2×9-speed or 3×9-speed drivetrains receive new updated shifters and derailleurs. SHIMANO ALIVIO utilizes Shimano hallmark technologies including SHIMANO SHADOW RD derailleurs and RAPIDFIRE PLUS MONO technology in the left shifter to simplify the riding experience. New SHIMANO ALIVIO M3100 utilizes HG shifting for smooth gear changes.
